HOW
TO EARN YOUR $10 REFERRAL
Have your Co-worker, Family Member or

NUMBER"{order_number} as their "REFERRAL
CODE" on the order form. If they are approved
and signup for new service, then you will receive a $10 Visa Debit card.
There is no limit to how many people you can refer and no limit as to how many $10 cards you can
receive. Please do allow 2-4 weeks to receive your Visa Debit Cards
